Library Cards:
All residents of member cities and the unincorporated County may register for a FREE Pinellas Public Library Cooperative library card. Proof of residency is required when applying for a card. Persons living in non-member cities must pay an annual fee of $100.00, which may be reimbursed by their city. A library card is required to borrow any material and may be required to receive certain services.

Renewals
All items with 28 day loan periods are renewable according to the following guidelines:
| One 2 week renewal is allowed per item |
| Overdue fines must be paid on each item before it is able to be renewed |
| Items that have a hold on them cannot be renewed |
All items with 14 day & 7 day load periods are renewable according to the following guidelines:
| One 7 day renewal is allowed per item |
| Overdue fines must be paid on each item before it is able to be renewed |

Interlibrary Loans cannot be renewed.
Patrons can renew their items by calling the library at 784-3332 ext. 207, or on the internet through HIP, provided they are not overdue or have a hold on them..

Memorials:
Give a book acknowledging a friend or relative. With a cash contribution, the Library will purchase a book and designate the gift with a special bookplate. Additional information is available at the library.
